 Note: To ensure being placed on a team, please make sure your paperwork is completed and turned in by the registration deadline.  Registrations after the deadline WILL NOT be accepted.

 Please make sure you have registered using the Register My Athlete link on the Athletics homepage and that you complete AIA Physical Forms 157-a and 157-b.
