Any questions regarding required immunizations for your student should be directed to your health care provider, the Coconino County Public Health Services District (928) 679-7222 or your child's school nurse. Students will not be allowed to begin school without up-to-date immunizations, except for students with an exemption on file or students covered by McKinney-Vento Law. An immunization record signed by the health care provider must be on file with the school before a student may enroll.
