iPad and App Help

    • ZOOM FIX   

       

      Zoom Step 1 (IF you get to #4 and it says something about authenticating your account, stop and go to Step 2)

       Software Update - Please make sure your iPad is running the latest software version.  To check for available updates, go to the Settings app and select General, then Software Update.  Your iPad will check for updates.  If there is an update available, you should download and install it.

      StudentVUE - To log in to StudentVUE, open the app and enter your username and password.

           Username - ID Number

            Password - The one you set up.

       Google/Canvas/Zoom - To log in to these programs, open the app and enter your username and password.

             Username - ID Number@fusd1.org

             Password is the same one you use for StudentVUE

      For Zoom - make sure you select Sign In not Sign Up
